Return and Replacement Policy

At Thara Collections, we take great care in ensuring that our jewelry and hair accessories meet the highest quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a replacement or store credit—no refunds or returns are applicable.

Eligibility for Replacement / Store Credit

• A 360° unboxing video (without cuts or edits) is mandatory to process any replacement request.

• The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• We do not accept claims for minor color variations or slight design differences due to lighting and screen resolution.

How to Request a Replacement / Store Credit

1. Email/WhatsApp us at tharabeautycollection@gmail.com or whatsapp 7358584417 within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2. Attach your order number and a clear 360° opening video showing the issue.

3. After verification, we will process a replacement (subject to stock availability) or credit the amount to your store wallet, which can be used for future purchases.

Non-Eligible Cases

• No return/refund requests will be entertained.

• Claims without a proper unboxing video will be rejected.

• Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

• Damages caused due to mishandling after delivery are not covered.

Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed.

• If you need modifications, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
