Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed within 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Orders with custom or pre-order items may take additional time, and estimated processing times will be mentioned on the product page.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges

• A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to all orders.

• Free shipping is not available at this time.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Orders will be delivered within 3 to 10 working days after shipping.

• Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and courier delays.

Shipping Partner

• We ship all orders via S.T Courier to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

• We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

• You can track your order using the link provided or contact our customer support for assistance.

Address & Delivery Issues

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

• If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at tharabeautycollection@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and opening video of the package and products.

• We will review the issue and provide a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation within 5 working days .

Delayed or Lost Packages

• In case of delays beyond the estimated timeframe, please check with the courier using your tracking link.

• If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please allow 24-48 hours and check with neighbors or security before reaching out.

• For lost packages, we will initiate an investigation with the courier and assist you in finding a resolution.
